I had two wishes since I was a child. I always wanted to be an educator and I wanted to spend a part of my life in Europe. Never thought that both of these wishes could come true together. I felt like the luckiest woman on earth when I got an offer from a very reputed Montessori in France. therefore, I decided to move there. all felt like a dream come true. But, in this life, things never go the way you want them to. Initially, I did like my job but as time passed I began to feel like an outsider at school. There were certain perks that were only valid for the natives and not immigrants such as grants for french teachers and Insurance. This made me regret coming to Europe and since my wish had already been fulfilled, staying in Europe and being a teacher just didn’t matter anymore. I resigned from my job and was headed back to my own homeland. Like wise people say, its easier said than done.
