PowerBlock Dumbbells Are Better Than the Average Adjustment Dumbbells

I’m quite sure that not everybody will agree to my adjustable dumbbell review about quick-change adjustable dumbbells. People do really have a lot of opinions, and this one can even fire up an argument beyond proportions among fitness buffs.

Fitness buffs tend to stick with traditional adjustable dumbbells. They would claim that the’re the real thing and you can’t replicate the feel and balance that traditional dumbbells gives you. Furthermore, people say that it’s too inconvenient to hold and position a quick-changed dumbbells. You can’t do as much range of motion lifting with them.

I personally use a PowerBlock dumbbells and it’s a quick-change adjustment type. In my experience, quick-change can do any strength training exercises with as much efficiency and energy output. It’s actually easier to use. I don’t even have to use my training gloves when I’m using it. And it’s not restricting my range of motion in anyway, just because it’s square-shaped doesn’t mean you can’t use them with difficult drills. The performance is just the same without the hassle of the long process of changing weights which is required for traditional dumbbells.

How to Build Muscle Quickly

One of the most important things that you can keep in mind if you want to know how to build muscle quickly is that consistency over time is the key to realizing quick and lasting muscle gain. While there are a lot of really fancy techniques, workouts and tricks that you can put into practice in order to stimulate new muscle growth, the bottom line here is that in order to build muscle mass, you need to have a well thought out plan and you need to be consistent with how you apply your plan day in and day out.. While you may really want to gain muscle mass as quickly as possible, the reality here is that in order to continue to build muscle mass over time, you need to be thinking in terms of committing to a certain workout style and nutrition program for a few weeks at a time.
